Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client:

If the Client cancels the performance within 7 days of the scheduled booking, 50% of the total agreed fee will remain payable. If the Client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled booking, 100% of the total agreed fee will remain payable.

Deposits and advance payments made by the Client may be credited against any cancellation amount due. Any outstanding balance must be paid promptly upon cancellation.

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at Jacob's discretion and subject to availability.
